The team provided an overview of their services for people living with dementia, including community support, carer training, and efforts to build dementia-friendly communities.
Dementia Awareness

Breast Cancer Awareness
Ambreen Tariq from Safeena Muslim Cancer Support Network delivered a powerful session on cancer basics, early detection, risk factors, and symptoms, and highlighted the work of Safeena, who provides breast cancer education across the UK.
Health Checks & Community Safety
Parkbury House offered free blood pressure and diabetes checks, while the Hertfordshire Constabulary shared important community safety advice.
Wellbeing & Creative Activities
The event also included an energising well-being exercise session and a calming candle tea-light decorating activity.
A successful day of learning, free health checks, and community connection, supporting a healthier and more informed community.
